These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "Player") and rm1asia ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). By registering, logging in, or using any part of the rm1asia platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out in these Terms.

These Terms cover all services offered by rm1asia, including but not limited to Sports Betting (football, badminton, cricket, e-sports, and more), Live Casino, slots, online poker, Virtual Sports, and any new products added in the future.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To register an rm1asia account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration
• A Malaysian citizen or a resident legally residing in Malaysia
• Not be an employee or immediate family member of an rm1asia employee
• Has never been suspended or banned from the rm1asia platform previously
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another party

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at rm1asia. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, identification number, or device is strictly prohibited. rm1asia reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any related balances and winnings.

2.3 Registration Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. rm1asia may request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of your MyKad or Malaysian passport. Failure to submit the requested documents within 7 days may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

Rm1asia accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods for maximum convenience. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

All deposits must be made from an account or wallet registered in the rm1asia member's own name. rm1asia does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from an unauthorised source or third party, rm1asia reserves the right to freeze the account and return the amount in question without any associated winnings.

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 30 per transaction
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request can be approved
• Withdrawals may only be made to the account or wallet registered in the same member name used for the deposit
• Winnings from bonuses may be subject to additional withdrawal limits as specified in the relevant promotion's terms

4.2 Processing Times

Rm1asia processes withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) and within 5–30 minutes for FPX bank transfers. During peak periods or on public holidays, processing may take slightly longer. rm1asia is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

4.3 Security Checks

Rm1asia reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request that appears suspicious or exceeds a certain threshold. In such cases, players may be required to submit supporting documents. This is to protect your account security and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Rm1asia offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general terms apply to all rm1asia promotions:

• Each promotion may only be claimed one-time only unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first fulfilling the wagering requirements
• The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier — for example: 10x means you must wager 10 times the bonus value before any withdrawal is permitted
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, account duplication, or system exploitation will be forfeited in full

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only considered valid once confirmation has been received by the rm1asia system. The bet slip displayed on screen or a confirmation email serves as proof of acceptance. rm1asia reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault or incorrectly displayed odds.

6.2 Match Cancellation

If a match is cancelled or not resumed within 12 hours of the originally scheduled time, all related bets will be automatically voided and funds returned to the player's account balance. For parlay bets, the cancelled match will be removed and the odds recalculated accordingly.

6.3 Bet Limits

Rm1asia sets different minimum and maximum bet limits for each sport, league, and market type. These limits may change according to market conditions. Bets exceeding the set limits will not be accepted by the system.

All Live Casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger) and slots at rm1asia use independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) systems or live dealers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except on grounds of a verifiable technical error.

7.1 Technical Disruptions

In the event of an internet disconnection or technical failure during a live casino session, rm1asia will rely on server records to determine the outcome of the hand or round in question. If server records are insufficient, the bet will be voided and the funds returned to the player.

7.2 Game Restrictions

Rm1asia reserves the right to impose individual game limits based on a player's betting patterns. This includes reducing bet limits, restricting access to certain tables, or closing accounts found to be engaged in fraud or systematic card counting in casino games.

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action against your account:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any tools to manipulate games or the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or casino games
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the rm1asia system — any bugs discovered must be reported to customer support immediately
• Money laundering or using the rm1asia platform for any illegal activity
• Filing a chargeback through your bank or payment provider after using the funds for betting
• Threatening, abusing, or insulting rm1asia staff
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions

Rm1asia reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents
• Member-initiated account closure or self-exclusion programme

In cases of suspension due to confirmed fraud, rm1asia reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings in the account. For suspensions arising from other reasons, any legitimate funds in the account will be returned once the investigation is concluded.

Rm1asia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance
• Disputed game outcomes where server records are final
• Losses resulting from shared login credentials or accounts accessed without authorisation
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties (banks, e-wallets)
• Any investment or financial decisions made based on your gaming experience at rm1asia

Rm1asia's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
